Actually this is the Law Offices of Robert Roth, Attorney at Law not Tom Weber, and his office has a guest waiting room of decent size full of relatively recent periodicals to keep u occupied while u await ur appointment with Mr Roth. His secretary is courteous tho not the most precise as to when the attorney will b in the office or when he has appointments that go long not tending to reinforce time structuring for those who r now waiting and trying to move him along promptly but rather allows him to go over on time a delve even deeper into client's cases for his own better understanding of the nuts & blots of the cases he is taking on. Mr Roth is intelligent, affable, learned, experienced in Soc Security Law and Administration Procedures, Witty, Empathetic, Meticulous, and Sharp, asking the right questions until he cuts clear to the points he's getting at for his clients. He's dedicated to his clients, and full of ideas on how his clients can get more help to suit their unique situation series of deficits challenges and possessed skill & talent set to tackle general kinds of issues better than others and how to function with that problem solving skill set. His fees charged r comparable to other SSA lawyer's rates n fees, and he doesn't get paid unless u win ur case or ur appeal as the case may b, and he recommends services like counseling or psychologists & other specialists to go see in order to compile evidence that supports ur claims of being disabled & unable to work by using outside experts against the State's experts and Professionals all trying to prove that u can still work somehow someway just to screw ya outta ur Disability Benefits ur seeking, sometimes been seeking for several years or thru 2 3, or even 5 seperate appeal trials to get approved for Disability Benefits to b pain in full to Mr Roth's clients. And he does his job as lawyer very well; is he the best I've ever encountered, no; but in this area where competent even skilled Professionals r sorely lacking especially those with experience behind them here in the person of Robert Roth is a lawyer with the skill set, qualifications, talents, and experience to represent u in all the areas of law he is licensed to, we sought him out for Social Security law to help us win our trial court case in the SSA legal system.
