We were referred to the Law Office of Caroline J. Smith by a friend. In our experience we have found her to be knowledgeable and understanding, she also communicates well with her clients. She conducts herself in an eloquent and professional manner. She is more than willing to accommodate payment plans for those who are financially restricted. Her office staff is efficient and courteous. We feel that Caroline is more than capable of managing our legal affairs. We highly recommend Caroline J. Smith to our friends and acquaintances.

I have met Caroline Smith personally and she is extremely rude to me. Although she may follow through with the case she is very unprofessional and unpersonable. I suggest that if you are considering her, my opinion would be to go with another company who treat their clients better. She referred to me as "poor people" and extremely, extremely rude. Her office called me the day before court and told me that I was responsible for the lawyers fee because they could not get the realty company to pay it. I did not have the money last minute, but came prepared with a payment date and she treated me as though I was trying to stiff her out of a payment. My recommendation is to go with another lawyer firm that would appreciate the business of the client. I will pray for her and her abrasive, aggressive personality with her clients. I feel sorry for her.

This law office helped me understand my rights and helped me to understand what was going on step by step. Atty Caroline Smith and her Associates are HIGHLY recommended!!!

I was going to court for the first time ever, i had no clue whats so ever. she explain everything to me, i mean she broke it down so good my three year old son could understand it. she won my cases three time i would highly recommend this lawyer.She worthy very much ,so don't underestimate your situation until you have confined everything with her she go to court and knock their socks off!!!!!!!! Mrs Caroline and staff very professional. She took time to explain everything to me. Step by step the procedures that she will being asking for in court. I really was not sure at first but after sitting down talking to her and staff I must say I felted 100% better when I left her office.
