He just take your money and try to charge you for you to talk to him. He do not anything in court and try to charge you for the court papers that they give you in court like it’s was something that he typed an did. When you ask him for the bill for everything he charge for, he will send it. With over charge on everything that he didn’t do. When I asked why they took his license in 2014 he hang up then wanted to drop my case and I paid him $2560 already. He was trying to bill me for 1 1/2 hours for court and we was never on zoom court no more than 20 minutes. Don’t hire him if you are looking for someone to help you. Look at his review on avvo.com they are all poor reviews wish I would have seen them before I give him my money.

Horrible lawyer. Dragged out my case for over 2 years. He likes to go to Grease all the time and seems like every time I had court, he was on vacation in Grease and ended up just sending someone else and continuing the case. He spoke down to me and like to use the bud F word at me like I was a child. I did not appreciate any of that. Milked me dry, and got me the worst deal ever. If I was not so scared in that situation I would have changed lawyers and did not know any better as I had never went through any of it. There were weekends where I did not get to see my kids when we had visitation set in place and he did nothing about it. The first month after I was served with papers, I did not get to see my kids for over a month and found out later I could have seen them but he never made the phone calls that would have made me able to see my kids. Bottom line is I would bot use him if he were free and a public defender. Jodi was great and very helpful, but he was a waste of money, time, and very disrespectful!!!!!!!!!!

I retained Tamir to handle my case. My last attorney never called me and it was impossible to get ahold of him. With my last lawyer I always showed up to court not knowing what was going to happen, but not the case with Tamir. Tamir always answered or called me back immediately. I never had to chase him down for a phone call. 10/10

Throughout the entire process from beginning to the end, I felt well taken care of and in good hands. In my previous experiences with other law firms, I had to hunt them down, do my own leg work, yet was bum bared with invoices for payment. However working with Tamir was “STRESS FREE”. Communication was constant and consistent, he was very detailed, he didn’t make any abrupt decision without making sure it was in the best interest in my favor, lastly he was so understanding when I couldn’t make my payments during the Covid outbreak when my income shifted. All in all if you want an experienced, knowledgeable attorney, please do yourself the due diligence in hiring Tamir and his team to handle your affairs.
