Richard Forst handled my Divorce & Bankruptcy. He can be hard to reach at times but whenever we met in person or spoke on the phone, he made me feel like his only client. He was effective & delivered the services I hired him for. I'm satisfied & would recommend his professional services to anyone.

Richard Forst did my husband and my wills. Had them done twice. Did health power of attorney and legal powers of attorney. Suggested land trust for our home . Definately would use Rick Forst again . Relaxed and answers your questions. Never rushed.

I hired Mr. Forst in February 2016 to assist with my parentage case, which included setting child visitation and child support. He was very informative about the process and answered all my questions. He quickly drafted and filed the petitions necessary. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney.

We hired Mr. Forst for Bankruptcy when we were on the verge of losing our house. The petition was drafted and filed quickly and accurately and he did an excellent job of advising us of what to expect in the bankruptcy process. When the mortgage company offered us a modification, Mr. Forst met with us and told us in detail the pros and cons of the offer. His counsel was compassionate and spot on at every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney.

He took my money and had me thinking he was working on my simple case of child support. It has been two years and did nothing what so ever. He never had intentions of helping me only but to take my $1200. DO NOT HIRE HIM!! HE WILL STRESS YOU OUT AND DO NOTHING. YOU MIGHT AS WELL DONATE YOUR MONEY TO A GOOD CHARITY.

He took my $1,000.00 to file papers for over payment of child support, then told lies about the case, to find out he didn't even file the petition.

I hired this lawyer to help me obtain visitation for my daughter. After being paid, he filed for paternity and and did absolutely nothing for a year besides lie to me about fake court dates and hearings. This lawyer is the worst. Don't waste your time or money on this lawyer.

Horrible mistake hiring this lawyer. One of my biggest mistakes I've ever made. Lesson learned. Basically took the fee and showed up in court (even wondered if he would show up a few times) and really just took the first deal offered. This dog does not bite.
