Richard helped us gain custody in 2018. He continues to help us when the other side refuses to pay office visit copays and any other issues that arise from time to time. Richard is always early to court and very precise. He can quote laws from the top of his head and won’t let you get walked all over in court. He is a fantastic attorney!

Excellent service! Mr. Forst helped me obtain primary possession for education because mom wasn't able to get our daughter to school. Unfortunately mom continues to file frivolous law suites to regain custody. Richard continues to remind the court of their decision and specifically goes into fine detail about the past and present facts. My family and I are so very grateful for his continued services. Worth the money for sure.
