Katrina just wrapped up a complicated closing for me this week. She is very knowledgeable and crossed all the "t's" and made sure all the "i's" were dotted! The property that she handled the closing for was not your typical real-estate transaction, involving many affidavits and in depth title reviews.....needless to say Katrina had all the bases covered and even caught a last minute error on my check, which she handled ensuring a new check being overnighted to me!
