Phil is the best!

Worst lawyer ever.

AFW Law Group is awesome. They walk me through the process selling my home and buying my first multi unit building. He give me great advice that help me from making a big mistake. If you are looking for a property for the first time, AFW Law Group is the company to go with.

We worked with Elizabeth for our family planning and she made the entire process so easy. We were overwhelmed going into it, but her ability to break down each tasks in a simple, yet thorough manner, is impressive. We understood every "section" because she explained them to us in non-lawyer speak, thanks Elizabeth. She progressed at our pace, never pushy, never rushed us, and never tried to upsell her services. Her eye for detail is unmatched and her follow-through is the same. We ended up having her do everything from filling out the paperwork, to filing them for us. I have recommended her to our entire network at work, family and friends. She is also direct when needed and guides you in the right way, versus going along with whatever decisions one would make due to lack of knowledge. She brought the balance of "this is your decision" and "this is what i recommend". Thank you, your help was much appreciated.

I know we’re young (at least in our heads) and have our whole lives ahead of us, but what if we don’t? We should probably start planning for the inevitable (wow! That sounded so morbid... you know what I mean). Your kids and/or heirs will thank you; I know because my mom didn’t have a will and it just made things more complicated than it needed to be for her modest estate when she passed. Elizabeth at Peace of Mind Legal Services was wonderful to work with; she was kind and knowledgeable and worked to make sure that as decisions were being made, I understood everything along the way. She didn’t just read through a list of questions like an auctioneer (how other friends who worked with other lawyers described their estate planning experience), but rather she had a number of questions that she asked, we discussed, and I made decisions about. Another nice thing, since we were doing the estate plan during the covid-19 pandemic, was that we were able to have (most of) our visits be online, which put me at ease. When we met in person so that I could sign all of the paperwork, she coordinated the witnesses, had everyone appropriately socially distanced, provided clean pens and water. Again, as I signed the paperwork (it’s a very large binder), she gave an explanation of the documents as we went through them so I knew what I was signing. As weird as it is to say: I had an enjoyable experience developing my estate plan and that’s because of Beth at Peace of Mind Legal Services LLC! That’s why I’ve been recommending my friends, their parents, and now you to go and see her.

I will like to thank Phillip haddad in so many ways of how great of a attorney he is and how great he handled my case. He always there to answer my questions, very professional, great communication skills and just overall a great guy as well as a attorney!! I highly recommend him to hire him as anyone attorney !!
