For the moment my husband and I met Attorney O'Brien, we understood why she chose to become an Attorney. Her thorough explanation of our real estate transactions put our mind at ease. She is a true professional. She worked well beyond "normal business hours" to ensure that we were comfortable with all decisions made for our new home purchase and the sale of current property. I've now bought two homes and sold one. I trust Therese entirely and will ALWAYS go back to her for any purchases or truly anything else that she can help with. She answers any questions and honestly makes you feel comfortable. My mom and sister also used Therese. Honestly a great women and will always recommend her. I cannot say enough good about Therese O'Brien. She is a true professional who goes above and beyond to making sure your sale and purchase will be done properly and timely. I was a first time buyer and seller (on my own) and she was so wonderful. I felt safe and secure with Therese handling everything. She took the stress out of it all! In the past 2 months Therese handled our buying of a new condo for my dad and selling my dad's home. both transactions went perfect, Therese answered all emails right away and expertly guilded us through both processes. also halfway through both processes we signed over power of attorney to her so that we did not have to go to the closing etc... I would highly recommend Therese O'brien

Phil definitely knows what he's doing. I was never lost throughout the whole process, he answered every question I had even when I asked the same question in different ways 🤣 super cool guy and very professional 👍🏾⭐⭐⭐ extra stars, case dismissed. Highly recommended !!!!!
