I hired his law group explicitly for a child support case in June. They assigned Jennifer Clancy to my case. The judge ordered a DNA test and she told the whole court she had never done a DNA test before and had to ask which lab to use. Extremely unprofessional and belligerent when contacted regarding valid case questions. I fired them in November of 2020 for unnecessarily dragging out my case. The next issue I had with this law group was with getting my unused retainer refunded back to me. They signed an inaccurate check amount in January. They intentionally sat on my check for 3 additional months and purposely dragged mailing out my check out until I contacted them in February. Pretty horrible having to ask where your money is when they didn’t have to ask me where their money was. Do yourself a favor and hire Mary Davis instead of these unprofessional expensive con artists.

Spoke with Pete Almirante, and he was an angry man from the start of the conversation. The most UNPROFESSIONAL person I have spoken to me entire life... WOW. Not sure how he gets any business for his firm. I would give Zero stars if I could...

I went with a friend to see Mr Palmisano for a consultation for her divorce. Mr. Palmisano was very matter of fact in a crotchety, angry old man kind of way. You could tell he was trying hard to be professional and polite but every few minutes he would be rude and condescending in a Terets kind of way. It seemed at times that he was trying to hide the the truth of his essence, and then almost transparently the real Palmisano would emerge revealing his true colors. If I had to guess, I’m thinking his wife took him to the cleaners when they got divorced and left him angry and bitter for having beat him at his own game. I do not recommend this law firm for women looking to get divorced, as the owner clearly seems to be biased toward men.

Jim represented me during the hardest time of my life. My ex husband did things I never could have imagined. Jim used the law to protect me and my daughter, answered all my calls, was reassuring and always available. He is fairly priced and took monthly payments. He’s got a heart for people, especially families and children and truly wants to do the right thing!

James Palmisano was appointed by the Court as the GAL for my children. Being involved in the Court system for the last 8 years, it has been rough and it never felt like my children had a voice. Now, with the help of Mr. Palmisano, they do. He truly has done everything in the best interest of my children. They are happier than they have been in years and I owe it all to Mr. Palmisano. If you are looking for a tough lawyer to look out for your best interest, then James Palmisaon is who you want in your corner! IF I could give 10 stars I would!!

I highly recommend the Palmisano Law Group. Dealing with divorce and/or child custody/child support issues can be very stressful. However, my attorney, Ms. Lent, has been very professional and keeps me up-to-date on all matters regarding my case. These attorneys also show that they care about the well-being of my child, which is very important to me.

Would give negative stars if possible! More concerned with money, and other cases, than the one at hand! Causing more harm to my family than good! Should be ashamed of the way he treats people, and doesn't respond to phone calls!
