I have gone through 3 contracts on a residential property with the Law Office of Beth Mann, all of the seller side. They did a fantastic job; the buyers contracts were all amended appropriately when out of line and the office always had me covered. I have nothing but positive things to say about each experience. I highly recommend the law office of Beth Mann.

I needed a lawyer to help with the sale of my home. An offer was made on the house before it went on the market so I didn't have a realtor to guide me through the sale process. Beth and her staff were amazing- helping me from contract to closing. They were incredibly responsive to questions, proactively communicated essential information clearly, and were efficient in bringing the sale to a close in just a couple of weeks.
