My husband & I bought our first house with Beth Mann's office as our lawyer. I couldn't recommend them enough!!! SUPER EASY, VERY FAST responses, and even explaining things in terms that were clear and easy to understand. PLUS...their office was $55 cheaper than all of the other real estate attorneys in the Orland area...just sayin' : )

I used Beth Mann for a remote closing. After moving to Hawaii, I was wondering if I could still continue to do business in Illinois, but Beth Mann handled the closing perfectly. The entire time communicated quickly and efficiently. They were always willing to reach out to the lender or agents to handle something that they could have easily told me to do instead.
Highly recommend using them for any real estate needs you might have. When it comes to closings, you want to make sure it's done right the first time. I will definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend Beth Mann, my closing was very complicated and Beth got it done. There was a lot separation that dragged out for so long that I really think she lost money but she always got right back to me. She even battled with the bank over excessive escrow requests. Couldn't be happier with her.

We sold our home in June 2020 during lockdown and Covid. We had already moved out of state when we hired the Law Offices of Beth Mann to handle our closing and documents. Ms Mann and her team made our sale as stress free as possible. They were working at all hours of the day and night to respond to questions or to generate information back and forth regarding the paperwork including weekends and we never needed to return for the closing. So professional and a good value for our sale.

Beth guided me through all the legal details that I had no idea about. Every piece of paperwork she explained in detail what it was I was signing. What I thought was going to be a headache turned out to be very easy . I definitely will be using her when I go to sell the next home.

Beth and her associates were always Fast and prompt with responses to emails and phone calls, always thoroughly explained answers to any questions or concerns i would come up with , and helped guide me through a sometimes confusing process... i would definitely recommend Beth mann to my family and friends.

My husband and I were pleased with the service of our house closing. Our attorney and her staff were easy to work with, all our documents were emailed to us for our review and to sign. Whenever we had a questions they were available to answer to questions. Great people to work with.
