In the past 2 months Therese handled our buying of a new condo for my dad and selling my dad's home. both transactions went perfect, Therese answered all emails right away and expertly guilded us through both processes. also halfway through both processes we signed over power of attorney to her so that we did not have to go to the closing etc... I would highly recommend Therese O'brien

Therese and Michelle were fabulous to work with! It was our first time buying a home and they helped walk us through all the questions we had. We were in the buying process during the holidays and COVID, and both ladies were so quick with their responses. I cannot say enough good about Therese O'Brien. She is a true professional who goes above and beyond to making sure your sale and purchase will be done properly and timely.
