2021 I was involved in a rear end collision, caused by a drunken member of the Chicago Elite. One of 5 cars he hit while careening down LSD on Bluesfest weekend. I made the mistake of going with another attorney who missed the deadlines for dram shop violations, did not try to escalate the DUI aspects of the case and after 2 years of foot dragging quit the case. That was in May 2023. (Word to the wise, carefully vet not only your attorney, but his support team. I spent so much time doing documentary legwork that I told my former attorney that I would be expecting the paralegal/legal assistant cut out of his take, because I did all that for him at his request.) Shortly thereafter I got my I'm dropping your case and here's you file letter. At that point I called several attorneys to try and finish the case up and all turned it down. Except for Howard Ankin. He promised nothing, but simply said he would do the best he could for me under the circumstances. By October, he was able to win me a larger settlement than the one that did absolutely nothing for me on my case. My only regret in working with Howard Ankin was not going to him first.

I Highly recommended Ankin Law, a semi truck hit my sisters and I and caused a nasty accident back in 2021 ! There was he say she say in the case that had the accused party deny any responsibility for the accident resulting in them offering us $0 . Telly and his team reached back out to us letting us know that there was an offer made an offer that was reasonable. We were able to settle our case and let me tell you Telly got them up from $0 to almost $100,000.

Masah and I met years ago when she canceled my first divorce. Needless to say, I never thought I would be in the same position and needed to call on her once again. But this second time around my spouse was extremely toxic. His lawyer was extremely toxic, which had me emailing calling, writing emails in the middle of the night and through it all Masah remain professional she remain calm, and most importantly she really cared! The most important take away is that she cared about my family. She cared about my feelings, and she cared about how much was spent, and how much I could really afford.
