In the past 2 months Therese handled our buying of a new condo for my dad and selling my dad's home. both transactions went perfect, Therese answered all emails right away and expertly guilded us through both processes. also halfway through both processes we signed over power of attorney to her so that we did not have to go to the closing etc...
