Let me start out by saying that I don't really write review's. But this law firm is by far the best I have dealt with. Sandy and Ashley went above and beyond for me to get a high dollar deal closed. In a extremely short amount of time I might add. I will use them in every deal I do. I would recommend that you would use them too. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again for all of your hard work and long hours you guys put in for me.

Ashley and the whole team helped me every step of the way. Answered and returned every call and explained everything. They stood by my side while I wanted for the bank response. Ashley was patient and amazing in explaining the process and contracts to me. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in all transactions in the future. They treated me as a person not just a faceless client. They protected all my interest in all parts of my real estate transaction. They are the best.

I have worked with Cohen Dovitz Makowka now for three real estate sales over the past 2 years. Each sale went through seamlessly. Jeff Dovitz provided top notch services and gave the attention and assistance needed to get all paperwork completed on time. He was available at all times, responded quickly to all phone and email communications and delivered on all promises. It is clear that he has the knowledge, experience and expertise to quickly troubleshoot each item that comes up during a sale - from contract offer, inspection, and through the closing, he has your back. This Attorney was hired by our HOA Management Company. The worst representation ever! Cases sitting on his desk for over 2yrs waiting on him to take action, then when he does, he double bills you because he made a clerical error on the filings. How incompetent does one have to be. Then when the Management Company terminates their representation of our HOA, he jumps on the bandwagon and backdates his letter to the date of theirs, leaving our open cases, just that .."Open"!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS Shyster!!!!
