My wife and I are very pleased that we chose Michael T. Huguelet to prepare our Estate Plan. He took time to discuss in detail all the nuisances and pitfalls of a person’s estate with and without a trust, and, how a trust can protect and preserve a family’s assets without going through the lengthy and costly process of probate. Michael’s work is meticulous. With our Estate Plan he prepared all the necessary documents which included new updated wills, joint trust agreements, powers of attorney and the transfer of our home title into our new trust.
