I have a true uneasiness about what I will do regarding my situation. There is a concern I was told I would receive a callback and still waiting. I was able to get all of my questions answered and I feel at ease. I was able to receive a professional call from Brian Reidy. He communicated with empathy and grace. I don’t know about the firm. But Vanessa Williams terrible lawyer for this firm. This women did not reach to speak to me unless it was on her terms I’ve called the office multiple times to speak with her never got a call back never reached out when I was concerned. They overcharge for everything. I paid these people in March. Didn’t get any results until June court wasn’t set until Aug 4th, I’m not a lawyer but it doesn’t take 6 months to get a court date. Do not recommend her if you a male fighting for your child. All and all bad service. And a waste of money.

This is a great firm to help your family get through a divorce. Oliver and Brian are the best to work with and super professional. I have referred them out to others and everyone I have sent have been pleased with their service and lawyers.

DO NOT COME HERE. PAID 8000 AND WAS DROPPED BECAUSE I COULDNT KEEP PAYING 800 A MONTH AND ASKED FOR 500 A MONTH. THE OWNER CALLED ME AND WAS VERY NASTY AND CONDESCENDING THEN I WAS TOLD I STILL OWE 1000 FOR MISSED PHONE CALLS THEY MADE TO ME WHILE I WAS AT WORK AND THEY KNEW I COULDNT PICK UP ASKING ME FOR INFO I ALREADY GAVE MY LAWYER(75 a missed call!)I I HAD TO REPORT THEM AS FRAUD ON MY BANK BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO STOP TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT EVEN AFTER DROPPING ME AS A CLIENT.

The guidance I got from my attorney was little to none.

The overall experience wasn't bad but you definitely got the feeling that the only thing these lawyers care about is keeping a case going for as long as possible to take as much money as possible or get told "for 4000 dollars now we can wrap up the case next court hearing" then when you cant afford that the case drags on. The breaking point was when we asked for a different payment plan and it was processed pending approval and they asked us to provide our banking info again as they dont keep any of that info for confidentiality. Before we gave it we were charged again with the new amount but not the new dates, so essentially they were getting even more more money and only follow the part of the agreement where it stated the new sum, which was more. When we disputed it we were dropped as clients and told by the owner he didn't care what we had to say or our bank/bank statements because his word supersedes all of that. We paid them over 8,000 and was dropped over their mistakes before our case was completed. Please save your money, do your research, and do not come here because this place will take advantage of desperate fathers trying to fight for their rights and child.
