I hired James Kelly for child support, my case was delayed due to Covid which is understandable, we are now in 2024 and I still have not collected payment, I contacted child support and they said Mr. James worded everything wrong so my case is on hold, I tried contacting Mr. James numerous times even left voicemails (this was back in December) and still have not gotten a call back nor email regarding my case!

I reached out to James to handle my divorce as a precaution. No kids or property were involved so it should have been a quick transaction yet it was somehow dragged out to almost a two year process. I’ve never gone through a divorce and I must say this lawyer made the emotionally draining experience that much worse. If I ever need a lawyer in the future, I would never use him again or recommend based on my experience.

Hands down the best lawyer i have dealt with. James actually cares about his clients situations and Accommodate their needs. He helped me get visitation of my daughter back quickly despite dealing with covid-19 setbacks with courthouses. I can honestly say he has given me more results and charged far less than any other lawyer I have had in the 5 years dealing with my daughters mother trying to keep me out of her life. I plan on hiring James Kelly in the future if I have any problems in family situations.
