I hired Ken Apicella to support me regarding a financial dispute. Ken eagerly informed me that his fee for this service was $2,500. I paid him in full immediately, he did a great job convincing me that he would fight for me. As time goes by I found it to be impossible to get Ken to simply return my phone calls, leaving me in the dark on what was actually happening in my time sensitive case. When I did finally succeed in making contact with Ken, he presented a nonchalant, uninterested dialogue. I called and left several voicemails inquiring as to why Ken has decided not to follow through with providing the service that I paid for. I am still unaware due to the fact that Ken refuses to return my calls. I understand why comics criticize lawyers after soliciting Ken Apicella! NEVER AGAIN!!

Could not have asked for a better experience! I’ve never needed a lawyer before so I had many questions throughout the whole process. He was always willing to answer the questions that I did have while explaining things in more detail for me and getting a hold of him was never a problem. He even worked around my work schedule to get things done. Over all if I ever need a personal injury lawyer again he will be the one I call.

I could not be more pleased with the work Ken did representing me in this case. From the onset I felt in good hands and he assured me that I could go live my life and to let him do his job. All throughout the duration of the case I felt he listened and kept the focus on what we needed to do.
