My husband Wendell and I met Bob Kealy in June of 2014, when Bob took over for the lawyer that we had when we had our first Trust, Will, Power of Attorney, etc. drawn up. Our children were now grown and married so we needed to update everything. Bob was very professional and patient with our questions, going over everything with us so that he got everything just the way we wanted it, explaining his fees and even going downtown to expedite getting some things done correctly. He would come to our house since it was hard for my husband to get out, which was much appreciated. In September of 2017 my husband wanted to make some more changes and again Bob was right there to guide us on how to accomplish that. Then on May 22, 2018 my husband passed away and again Bob was right there for me and my daughter, helping us thru a very difficult time. This is a review by Sue Mormann. I live in Seattle, and Bob was my mother's attorney. When she became ill, I met him for the first time. I needed help with updating her Trust, power of attorney, and reviewing her will. Bob completed everything quickly and sensitively. He's compassionate, detail oriented, and knowledgeable. Since she passed away, he's held my hand through settling the estate and selling her house. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate everything he's done. He had the added complication of my living so far away and has been more than gracious about the long distance consultations. Thank, Bob.

I have known Bob for many years and he is an excellent lawyer. His Real Estate expertise has helped me and my clients. His estate planning is thorough and clear, easy to understand. Bob goes the extra mile for his clients because he really cares about them. When my clients need legal assistance and it is not something that Bob specializes in, he does not leave you hanging. Bob Kealy represented Lenore and I in 2017, when we sold our home in the suburbs and then when we bought a condominium in the city. Bob also advised us about several matters involving our estate-planning. We both found him to be professional, courteous and thorough. Bob worked with all involved with expedition and good humor. Bob Kealy has been the family lawyer for my parents for several years, helping them with estate matters. We have used Bob primarily for real estate transactions and estate planning. Bob speaks in simple terms making it easy to understand each legal situation. He is very meticulous and thorough. He is very timely, responsive and sensitive to our needs. Bob is current on law changes and has alerted us when changes impact our estate planning. We have sent Bob miscellaneous questions about other legal situations which he has always responded to very quickly. We have the utmost confidence in Bob.

If my husband and I could give Bob Kealy 5 stars plus we would. We needed help with our will, powers of attorney, etc. and Bob was recommended to us by a friend. We could not be more pleased with his competence and expertise. Bob compiled a binder with all the information our children will need when we pass. I cannot tell you how comforting and reassuring that is. Bob is a pleasure to work with and he makes house calls!

Bob is really an excellent attorney. I have called upon his expertise in a number of matters including real estate purchases and closings and consultation concerning contracts. We hired Attorney Bob Kealy to handle the closing on the sale of our Town House in Highland Park. It was critical that we close as quickly as possible as we had already purchased a new home and were scheduled to close on the new home within three weeks. We thought everything was in order, but we learned that a FEMA map showed that a tiny corner of the property we were selling was in a Flood Plain, when it actually was not. The buyers objected and threatened to cancel the deal. Bob went to work to correct the error working with FEMA and other City and State Agencies and was able to prove that the map was in error and none of the property was in the Flood Plain. His diligence and hard work enabled us to close the deal on time and move into our new home as scheduled. Without Bob's expertise we would be sitting with 2 houses---not an ideal situation considering the housing market at the time We look forward to continue working with Bob Kealy.
