Niko was great to work with. He was quick with responding! Being first time buyers, we were a little overwhelmed with the process but he helped tons! At closing, he did great at explaining everything to us, putting our minds much more at ease. We would definitely recommend him to anyone else needing a real estate attorney.

Niko is AMAZING! He was so helpful in our home buying process. Niko answered ALL of my endless questions with patience and unlimited kindness. We had some frustrations during closing with our lender (USAA) but he was calm and got it all handled so we closed on time! I cannot stress how great he is to work with! If you need a lawyer for your real estate transaction please use Niko!!!

Wonderful experience! Atty Niko ALWAYS answered his phone. He communicated effectively. He GREATLY reduced my stress because he was clear, concise & honest. I would DEFINITELY work with him again & HIGHLY recommend him. My closing was scheduled 2 weeks after the contract was accepted. He negotiated with the Buyers attorney & there was no haggling. He REPRESENTED ME!! His fee was VERY reasonable. However, his SERVICE was outstanding!

There are not enough words to express how amazing our experience was with Niko as our lawyer. He went above and beyond our expectations when it came to negotiating our contract.
