Very awesome at what he does. As a 1st time home buyer I went in nervous & not knowing what to expect but that didn't last for long because 8 quickly realized I was in good hands. Buying a home is a super exciting time. Selling a home, in my opinion as a first time seller, was absolutely terrifying. We used Niko for both buying and selling. Throughout the entire process, Niko was in constant contact with us. He answered any and all questions, no matter how ridiculous they might have been (hey first time seller here), and negotiated on our behalf for an outcome on both ends that well exceeded our expectations.
