Omar is very helpful, but the representatives on the phone calls need to understand that they have to keep that ghetto attitude at home when dealing with customers and their family member cases. We hired you Omar to take care of our cases and to update us with every single update. We didn't hire you to deal with your ghetto representatives and their disrespectful attitude. Omar is a fantastic immigration attorney. My wife had a real shyster for several years and way over paid. We finally wised up and hired Omar after a friend recommended him.
