Best service and staff

Omar handled my family application process. He is very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, polite and quick on responding to all questions, queries we had. He is someone who you can depend on. He took care of all the filing process and made sure there is no discrepancy in any form. He resolved our concern, our anxieties and was able to provide us a secure game plan to resolve our issues. I would highly recommend his services.

I won’t have to go throu what I’m going through now if you were on the top of your job and send the file after you got it back from the police station 4 years ago the one I paid you to take care of but you decided to keep it on your shelf and called me talking about you need an extra 1500$ because the signature on the document expired after 6 months which is was your fault because you’ve got it and never called me about till it expired so you could get some more money and you never called for some more information you only called for more MONEY I have the right to be mad I didn’t say anything to no body of your workers even thou one of them had called me names and everything super unprofessional for a front desk service and YES THEY THREATED ME TO CALL THE POLICE , you guys could say whatever story you wanna say just remember that you guys PROMISED to do this right and HELP PEOPLE not scam them and take they’re money for the case just to be sittin
