When I received the letter from the Secretary of State telling me my license was suspended I was stressed out. I had called multiple law firms where they would tell me it would be a difficult case to beat, especially since I was under 21 but after speaking with Richard Bertalmio I knew he was the one to go with. He guaranteed me I would get my license back and I sure did, after only 3 weeks!! I am so thankful for him and I highly recommend.

After my DUI case, I needed an attorney to help with my license reinstatement. I was referred to Richard Bertalmio by another lawyer. After my second DUI, I had no idea what was going to happen and knew it would be real tough to get a full reinstatement back. I give Mr. Bertalmio a call and explained my situation and he told me “Don’t worry, we can get this done.” I had sense of relief but wasn’t exactly sure how confident he was. I send him my information and court all my court info and papers and within a few weeks, I get a call from Richard and told me to come to his office to speak with me. He breaks everything down with me and found a way to get me a full reinstatement back!!!!! Within a few weeks, he tells me call this number, pay my reinstatement fee and wait a couple weeks and I’m good to go. As soon as these weeks pass, full reinstatement right there!!!! I thought it was going to take me a few months for everything to be done but the man came through with flying colors. He’s extremely fair on his pricing for his services and will work with you if you can’t afford it. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!
