Simply best attorney In Chicago I highly recommend him!

Mr. Joshua has been representing my brother in his child custody case for the last 18 months. The Knowledge Mr. Joshua has in father’s right and in family law is unbelievable. The level of professionalism he has for the court, his clients and law tells me why he came so highly recommended. I know my brother feels much more comfortable with this process, since he has retained Mr. Joshua as his attorney. Even though things have moved slowly through the courts at no fault of ours, “ that’s how the courts move” Mr. Joshua has kept us up to dated and made things happened. Mr. Joshua has helped me navigate through one of the toughest and scariest times of my life. Without his knowledge of the law, experience and professionalism towards it, I would not be where I am in my case today. When my situation began it was an emergency that involved my child and his safety. I called dozens of attorneys in which everyone was too booked/busy or had to schedule to hear me days later. I called Fred and left a message before his office opened of what was going on and what I needed. I was in his office by noon and I was in court the next morning with Fred by my side and a judge ruling in my favor to an emergency motion to get my child safe and back home with me. Fred is honest and to the point, he is realistic and doesn’t tell you what you want to hear but what you need to hear. He keeps you grounded through the entire ordeal and delivers results. Everything he has said that was going happen has and everything he was going to get accomplished he has. Him and his firm has never kept me out of the loop and has always answered my calls and answered my questions/emails and made me and my case feel like a priority. I thank god Mr. Joshua called me back that morning and took on my case because I wouldn’t want to be going against him and his team. Hiring Fred was definitely a great decision that I do not regret.
