I am very blessed to have found Fred as my attorney. I fired my old one and immediately started looking for a new one and found him. He has been great through out this court process for me. He is always reachable, and if he doesn’t answer he will email or call you back almost always the same day. He is awesome at explaining things to me I don’t understand and giving me different options as to what we should do next and giving his honest opinion of what he thinks would be best. This child custody case is the most important thing to me in my life right now but also has been the most stressful and terrifying thing to me, but he does a very good job of reassuring me that I can count on him to do his best and truly makes me feel like he cares about my case. Yes, he may be a bit expensive but his expertise, his knowledge, and his dedication he will have to your case is well worth it. He has never missed a court date or had to reschedule on me and he has even gone out of his way and rescheduled some of his own plans to be able to meet with me since my work schedule is odd and crazy sometimes. I am truly thankful for the work he has done on my case so far! - also have to give some thanks to Nina his secretary for always promptly passing messages on for me when Fred can’t get to the phone right away. They are very reliable and trustworthy. Thanks to the both of you and I will always recommend 🙂

When I first found out I was getting a divorce I didn’t know what I was going to do. Then I found Fred Joshua, from our first meeting till the end he was there for me. He is a tireless worker and has a great staff. I have no clue what would’ve have happened if Fred was not representing me. He is a lifesaver and I would recommend him to anyone going through family situations.

My parenting allocation/child support case is finally over. I am very thankful for Fred and his team as he assured me the entire time, we we would get what we wanted and we did :) He is very professional, knows the system, was very honest with me, and has quick communication which made me feel better in a very stressful situation. Fred is probably one of the best lawyers in Illinois. He took on a challenging case for a family member which had many misteps. We didn't have legal representation before which put us in a compromised position in the case. I started searching for a lawyer to get us out of this mess. I've done thorough online research on 10+ lawyers and then even paid $350/$400 to 5 different lawyers to get their opinion. They all said we had a slime chance to win the case and were not even interested to taking it on, except Fred. He carefully convinced the opposing lawyer to settle outside of court. Due to the toxic nature of the case the opposing lawyer was fired for even sharing this option with his client. He was then replaced by another lawyer who wouldn't even call Fred back to try to settle outside of court. Despite all the setbacks, with his experience and very careful persuasion in court, he was able to change the ruling and win the case. I have tremendous respect for Fred and I'm so happy and grateful that I hired him.

I am so thankful my friend recommended Fred to me for my family custody case and order of protection. It was a very long, difficult, and stressful process but he has always done a very good job of being reachable anytime I need reassurance or have any questions or concerns. No one knows what to do when they get into these types of situations but Fred has guided me and explained everything so well that I think after all of this I'd make a pretty good lawyer myself (not as good as Fred of course :)) I know I can count on him to do his best and he truly makes me feel like he cares about my case and truly wishes the best for you as his client. My case was a simple order of protection with physical evidence. This is not an attorney that will fight for you, however he will make sure to do what he can to run up your cost. This is an attorney who will continue court dates, request to meet to prep for court dates and not use any of the information in court, have his assistant call you to remind you of your bill but not of court dates, have his assistant attorneys fill in his place on court dates without notifying you, fail to submit physical evidence to the judge on your behalf, and fail to notify you of court dates. I realized a few months in and $30,000 later, that his only concern is to get paid as much as he can from your case. If you are looking for an attorney to neglect your case, this would be the person.
