Mr. Walters has been my attorney for four years now. Each time a new situation has arose with respect to my visitation with my daughter he has successfully fought for me. He remained honest as to what he believed the outcome would be. He also kept me informed as to what my rights are as a father. I am greatful for all his hard work, and success in fighting on my behalf.

I hired Todd to help me with a restraining order and take care of a motion to abate child support that the children's father had filed. Not only did he help me on both issues, He was effective and did not back down. He answered all my questions in a timely fashion and gave more than enough information for me to fully understand what was happening. Todd also kept me well informed with every thing that was going on with my case including correspondences that were taking place between him and opposing council.

When my ex wife tried to get 7 years back pay of my retirement I called Todd. Although I reside in Texas and the case was out of Illinois I knew I could count on Todd to represent me without incurring additional traveling expenses.He was very honest with me by indicating that it may not be an open and shut case, we discussed the retainer fee and he allowed me to be on a payment plan, Todd kept me informed of the details and I thought it would be a very long drawn out case, Todd was able to settle the case without me having to pay my ex-wife any back pay and the best thing of all was that the original retainer was decreased because the case didn't require the time Todd had originally thought. Todd is not your typical lawyer, he becomes part of your family. He won't nickle and dime you or draw out the case. Because of his passion and knowledge of the law,he gets it right the first time.

Mr. Walters is a fabulous attorney. He knows the law and walked me through the entire child support process. He gave me the facts and was honest and forth coming with all the important information I needed to know. I knew I was in very trustworthy and capable hands. His staff was excellent. They kept me informed of court dates and proceedings. I couldn't of hired a better lawyer. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a knowledgable and excellent attorney.

Todd helped me with my uncontested divorce. At one point it was being contestested by my ex. Todd was so helpful in guiding me through how to proceed. The case ended up being uncontested in the end. Todd tells you like it is, knows the law very well and most of all was attentive. Todd always responded promptly to my needs and questions regarding my case. I would highly recommend and should any further legal cases arise I will be retaining his services.

My divorce case was very complicated. It lasted 3 1/2 years. Property and assets were stolen from my children and me before Mr. Walters representation. My now ex-husband hid assets, sold property, and presented many lies before the court. He is a very unreasonable person and would not take advice from his attorneys complicating matters even further. Mr. Walters had to deal with an unethical 3rd party attorney as well and a judge that errored in prior rulings or recommendations. My previous attorney made numerous mistakes and didn't follow through with different matters of litigation. Mr. Walters had to clear all of that up. If I had hired Mr. Walters from the start, I probably would have come out a lot further ahead.

Todd Walters was a huge help for my divorce case. He was honest, patient, and helpful with all aspects of the divorce process. He is very knowledgeable in this field and will tell you what to expect during the negotiation process and what the courts could recommend based on each unique situtation.
