Anastas is excellent all around. Very friendly, but also detail oriented. His knowledge of real estate deals is encyclopedic, which really helps on the little details. Bottom line, Anastas has made sure all of our real estate deals have moved along smoothly, and he has saved us money by making sure we were never stuck with the various fees and expenses that have a nasty habit of arriving just in time for closing. I will certainly continue to hire Anastas.
