I have done business with George Bellas for over thirty years. The scope of practice has included estate planning with wills and trusts, dozens of real estate closings both residential and commercial, Incorporating at least a dozen businesses, drafting buy-sell/key-man and phantom stock option plans as well as the best non-competition contract ever written, authored emploee manuals along with severance package agreements and finally a mutually acceptable pre-nup agreement that worked for both business partners and spouse.
