My family has used the Fagans for a long time so when I got my speeding ticket it was without question who to go to. They made the process easy for me considering I've never been to court and did not know what to expect. Office personnel were understanding and polite. Hopefully won't need their services in the future but if I do I know who to go to.

I reached out to this group for a issue for family member. I called them Monday and they said they would call me back that day then I called the next day as this is an urgent matter and asked if I can talk to someone they said no one was there and someone would call me back and no answer. I called today when they open at 8 and it's after 8am and the answering service gets the call. I called bc of good reviews but was very disappointed. If you are that busy that you can't take the case pls just tell me.

Steve Fagan has represented in me traffic court twice and his partner once. I have always felt that with his representation I have faired significantly better in the outcomes than had I gone at it without him. He really pushes for the best negotiation with the prosecutor. Came in to meet with my attorney Jeff Fagan and sat down with him and another attorney and from the beginning made me fell very comfortable and asked me questions and told me what kind of step we would take in resolving my cases. In a very stressful and hard time in my life I had 2 DUI's from 2010 (with warrants) and have been avoiding them for years until now I decided to hire Mr. Fagan and without hesitation we made a plan and he went to both court houses for me and got all the information needed and stayed in contact with me to help me get it resolved and tell me what is the smart thing is to do with avoiding going into custody. I wrote a review on Yelp and am going to do it here too a year later. I am so grateful for Joe Fagan and how he helped me at my lowest of times with my DUI case. He is an absolute professional and it was apparent from the moment I met him. When he walked into court, I can't describe to you how all of the other attorneys approached him and said hello. Even the Bailiff knew him and all of it was amicable... like they saw an old friend. At first sight, Joe is up there in years. DO NOT LET IT FOOL YOU. He is sharp as a tack and let's put it this way... in his lifetime, a man only gets that kind of reception and respect after fighting fairly, logically, and with heart and personality. He is OBVIOUSLY still there for the love of the game and to help people. All I can say is that I was not only treated fairly (for the most part) by the court for my infraction, but I learned a lot from him and the incident and would recommend him to anyone. This is a must stop if you are looking for help in the NW suburbs. He is a great man and a great lawyer. Not only will you not be disappointed... but you will thank your lucky stars that you found Joe and had him on your side.

I've hired Steven Fagan for a case of multiple counts (6 in all) during a traffic stop, including possession of drugs, paraphernalia, and a uuw case. The case was thrown out at preliminary (all six counts). He also got a friend of mine off of a couple dui cases, including my girlfriend's dui case. I would highly recommend him for any dui or criminal offenses.

I was ticketed at 15 mph over the limit in Lincolnwood, IL. I didn't want the big fines and increases in my car insurance. And, I figured I am entitled to a good defense. I heard good things about Steve Fagan at Fagan, Fagan and Davis from friends who used him in similar circumstances. The whole process was painless. I even paid for his services in advance over the phone and with a credit card! Steve suggested I appear in court the day of the trial, but in then end a very pressing situation arose, and Steve told me that under the circumstances he would handle it himself. I didn't even go to court! I don't recommend this to others. You should follow Steve's advice. But, I wasn't able to go to court and Steven got the case dismissed anyhow. The fees and fines I avoided would have been a lot more than what I paid Steve, and now I still have a clean driving record. If you get a traffic ticket don't just roll over and pay the fine. Go out and get a good lawyer like I did. I couldn't recommend a lawyer more highly than Steve Fagan.
