I hired Ms Edlund to handle my divorce. Opposing council had no qualms about being shady from the beginning...dragging his feet by filing last second extensions, helping him hide assets; the list goes on and on. She was on top of everything. She handled everything with such expertise that I didn't even realize the lengths that my ex and his attorney were going to try and screw me until after it was all over. She counseled me every step of the way, preventing missteps on my end as well, to guarantee a timely and fair resolution. I used Ms. Edlund's office for a real estate transaction and to review family documents. In general, she's pleasant to work with and seems knowledgeable but difficult to get a hold of. I had to follow up more than half the time to get a response which was promised earlier. When reviewing the family documents, information given was minimal and I had to ask several questions to get pertinent details. While she seems knowledgeable, be prepared to ask questions for the information you want, and be clear about the urgency of your request.
