Paul Motin came referred to me. I was initially looking for tax advice and planning. I was very happy with the advice and service I received. Paul is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Later, I ended up needing guidance on business structure and planning. Paul first advised us on the type of corporation that made most sense, he filed and completed everything necessary to start our corporation, and continued to make all required annual filings on our behalf. It was nice to know someone was looking out for us, so we could stay focused on what we do best.
