Mr. Annes has represented me on the closing of two homes, and a when I was sued. Mr Annes is very thorough, an excellent negotiator, and always goes the extra mile. He is very intelligent but not a high brow, has a great way of condensing and concisely communicating legal issues. Highly recommend!.
