I searched for a lawyer here on AVVO once I received 2 felony charges and was immediately contacted by Mr.Milan's office. Initially felt the professionalism yet compassion for my situation from real genuine people. Upon hire, Mr.Milan took in all information regarding my case and quickly sent out a mitigation form to asist in my case. What seemed like overnight, I was contacted by my brilliant lawyers stating the State Attorney was offering to have 1 felony completely dropped & also having my 2nd felony reduced to a misdemeanor. My son had gotten into legal trouble. He was referred to Allan Milan. I called Allan's firm and after ending the call I knew I had the right Attorney to reprrsent my son. I started my conversarion in tears, after talking to Allan, he lifted my spirits that I had dropped. My son caught a misdemeanor dui then within two months caught a felony dui before gong to court for the misdemeanor. All I could see was me having to visit my son behind bars. I was referred by a former coworker to Allan Milan’s firm. I’m highly grateful for Allan, his firm, and the amount of value that was added to my cases. I first found Allan Milan online while browsing for a good attorney that served the Rolling Meadows courthouse to represent me for a complicated criminal and traffic case. The reviews I read were excellent and ultimately lead to me calling for a consultation. Allan spent 45 minutes with me on the phone getting my case information and story while explaining how things might go at court if I chose to use his services. His immediate interest and concern for resolving my case lead to me hiring him and his partner to represent me. By far the best legal choice that I've ever made. The level of professionalism does not compare to any other law firm that I've dealt with. I would definitely use Allan and his firm again if need be. I had a court date for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and selected attorney Milan's firm based on his reviews. I spoke with Allan about my situation over the phone and he agreed to represent me at a reduced rate because I am legally disabled and rely on a fixed income. Attorney Nick Peluso represented me in court. Mr. Peluso was a professional looking gentleman with a good disposition. As the person with whom I was involved in the accident did not appear in court and I had legal representation, the case was dismissed. Mr Millan was thorough in following up with me regarding my satisfaction with the disposition of the case.

I had a misdemeanor b and the court day he came on time and he really knows what he will do and all the situation finished as 20 dollar fine and one month supervision and I paid 35 dollars instead and the fees court but nothing harm my record and no school thanks a lot Allan

Mr. Milan was referred to me by another attorney to represent my daughter in traffic court. She received a citation for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. When I was arrested I thought it was the end of the world. Being incarcerated I was hopeless thinking there was no way out without doing time in prison “Prison my God”. I had never done anything in my life ever to hurt anybody and going to prison was just mind boggling. When I first met you I thought “wow he is so young is he going to be able to do anything for me”. I have to admit I was very skeptical just because of that. I must say judging a book by its cover in this situation would have been the 2nd stupidest decision of my life. You have proved to be an amazing Titan in my case. You took the time to look at everything and actually give a damn. You answered all my questions/concerns. You made me feel as if I really had somebody on my side. You never push me away and actually listened. I know I interrupted a lot when we talked but you were patient letting me rant. You are the type of lawyer all others should follow. I never felt all you were in it for the money as many others. You stood by me till the end never brushing me off. You kept it real letting me know exactly what I was facing not giving me a candy coated version of the situation. I was guilty as we both know and you made a bee sting needing epinephrine and a hospital stay into a mosquito bite not needing calamine lotion. My smartest decision was to hire you and I would recommend you to anybody. I believe you will become one of the best in your profession if not already. Keep doing what you do. Getting in legal trouble is never easy. Especially traffic trouble. Its stressful,time consuming, and worrisome. I got in legal trouble when I was pulled over for a speeding incident that led to a few other law violations that I didn't know I was violating at the time. (Expired license, Insurance Card expired) I was forced to go court, where I was going to admit my guilt, and pay my fines. This is before I spoke to Mr. Milan. Allan was straight to the point. He asked for the story, he found out more about me, and looked at the tickets that were issued to me. He asked why the speeding ticket occurred and where I was heading. I told him it was while I travel for work. I travel about 40,000 miles a year for work. Allan took note of that, and gave me positive encouragement and discussed how this will be looked at in a positive way by the judge, and State of Illinois. About 6 weeks before court, Allan said "Don't worry- we're going to get you out of this." While I loved his optimism, there was always some skepticism running in the back of my head. I had a multiple violations, and I dealt with an extremely rude officer.... How was I going to get out of ALL it? Well there was no need for skepticism. I showed up to court where Mr. Milan promptly greeted me. He had a file on hand, with my entire driving record, and already had a conversation with the prosecuting attorney about having my charges dismissed. I took a seat in court at 9:00 a.m.....by 9:06 a.m. I had walked out of the court room with with all my charges dismissed. Allan was right all along- this was going to be taken care of. I could of paid both the fines out of my pocket and admitted guilt, and taken the "easy option" according to the State. The amount of money in fines that I would of had to pay to the state were more expensive then Mr. Milan's legal counsel/advice. Believe me when I say this... "The Easy Option" is hiring Mr. Milan. I highly recommend Allan for legal services and counsel. Allan knows your rights, and knows the justice system. He was extremely well respected by the state's prosecuting attorney and judge. Because of this professional/respected relationship he was able to have ALL my charges dismissed. If I ever get a moving violation again, I'm not going to pay the ticket and admit guilt like I've done in the past. I'm going to seek the advice from Mr. Milan and weigh out ALL my options. 5 STARS!
