I am not surprised that Mr. Hanauer opened his own law firm. He represented me so well a couple of years ago that I knew it was just a matter of time before he would successfully strike out on his own. My first impression was very positive. He listened, he was respectful, and he was down to Earth. My family loved him. One of my relatives "googled" him. It seems that he has been successful and impressive all of his life, even before he became a lawyer. During my case I noticed that he was respected greatly by his peers. I watched other lawyers, the judge, and even the opposition react to him. I could tell that they all thought highly of him also. We won, and he gave me sound advice for the future afterward. When I began the legal process, my friends and family told me to kiss my retainer money goodbye. So, I kept a close eye on my billing. I ended up getting back a portion of my retainer. It was nearly the exact amount that I had calculated. All of that talent and a fair-minded billing practice too. I would hire him again no matter where he is whether that's in-town, in-state, or across the country. I don't just consider him my ex-attorney; I consider him a friend.

Mr Hanauer is an excellent attorney; we were very impressed with the way he handled our case he knew exactly what needed to be done to alleviate our situation & gave us all the options on how to handle our problem but also helped us to see the best option for us long term; you can tell he really cares about you as an individual. He knows the law & how to use it to benefit you; we would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a great lawyer; if we ever need a lawyer again he is the only one we would want.

While our legal issue was relatively minor (unwarranted ticket for barking dogs), Rob took the time to listen to the issues we have had with the complaining neighbor. He gave us a few options, talked us through the time frames, costs, and pros vs. cons. Our ticket was dismissed after he got the right information in front of the right person. While I hope I never need an attorney again, I would definitely hire Ron Hanauer again. I will also recommend him whenever I can.

I had falsified allegations leveled against me. A county deputy recommended Rob to me. I am completely impressed with Rob's intelligence and ideas on how to defeat these false allegations. He was able to convince my accuser to dismiss these allegations by showing them he could crush their case with the truth and pit bull like aggressiveness. I highly recommend Rob to anyone needing a first rate attorney.

Mr Hanauer has resented me in several different cases he is a very aggressive and knows the law very well. He fights for his clients 100% . He is a fearless man in the courtroom. I would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a GREAT lawyer.

He has a particular interest in helping defendants with substance abuse and mental health problems and has been a strong advocate to get them help. He is knowledgeable about substance abuse and mental health issues and is professional when interacting with the Court, other attorneys, and the probation office. It is a pleasure to work with Rob.

We purchased a house in 2010. The developer took issue with a fence we had constructed and tried to retroactively enforce a covenant that would make us remove the fence. So, we were facing a civil lawsuit. We hired Rob as our attorney....I did not know him personally beforehand, but we went to the firm where he was employed based on their reputation. I had never been sued in my life. The experience was unnerving to say the least. Rob always let us know the status of our case as it progressed. More importantly, he conveyed the technical aspects of our case in practical, understandable language. He always gave us a fair and candid assessment in order for us to decide what options we wanted to pursue. He put himself in our position...almost as if was his house. Many attorneys advertise that they take on the case as if it was theirs, but Rob displayed this out of the gates and through to the finish line. The case languished on for three years and thanks to Rob's expertise, the verdict came back in our favor. I hope never to need an attorney again, but if i do, it will be Rob Hanauer.

My case started out by a simple request to leave my family alone. Unfortunately, nobody realized how difficult this person was going to be.
