I had a complaint arise recently that involved a Protection Order wrongly sought against me by a neighbor of mine. While I could have appeared on my own and represented myself as my neighbor did, I thought quite differently. I'm not a qualified attorney. My late-dad was a Peoria attorney for some 45 years.
