Mr. Lonergan just represented my father with some serious charges we were very worried about.. he was pulled over with 3 ounces of Marijuana in separate bags for personal use.. he was taken to jail and charged with manufacturing/trafficking felony possession of 30 to 500 grams and a speeding ticket. Mr Lonergan fought in court for 2 courtdates and got his felony charges dropped down to one misdemeanor possession and 2 years of court supervision minimal fines.. he worked hard and wrapped the case up quickly, I would absolutely recommend him to anyone with a tough case or facing bogus charges. Mr. Lonergan represented a friend of mine in a case that went to trial. The trial could have gone either way, but Mr. Lonergan got the case dismissed after the State rested. Mr. Lonergan did an amazing job, and we will always be grateful to him and all of his hard work.
