I went to Tami because I heard so many great things. I was incredibly disappointed not only in January 2019 when we went to court but still 2 years later. I was told to settle on a 50/50 custody agreement because “the judges daughter is sick and she wants to go”, I feel like I was bullied by my own counsel to settle . I was completely lost, nervous, and vulnerable, I went for counsel because my daughter’s father was extremely overpowering and made me feel small. I needed Tami to help guide me and give me strength. Instead she told me to agree to 50/50 without stating the obvious, 50/50 is for parents who get along, not for parents who can’t agree on the color of the sky. I was also told I should pay his lawyer fees because I was the one who wanted to go to court to begin with. Not only was I left with the short end of the stick, there were so many gaps in my paperwork and it was written incredibly vague. I have had to go back to mediation to get paperwork rewritten because there was no much left to interpretation. So, not only did I spend a pretty penny on her “counsel” , I also had to pay a couple thousand for my ex’s lawyer, had to pay another lawyer to rewrite my paperwork, and I’m also having to go back to court all over again to try my hardest to revamp this current situation she told me to agree on . I would not recommend especially to someone who is truly looking for guidance in new and difficult situations.

I absolutely recommend Butler, Giraudo, and Meister if you want a problem-solving attorney and a compassionate, dedicated support staff (thanks for all your help Kelly!). Tami Meister represented me in a contentious divorce and child custody case that lasted over a year and a half. Attorney Meister was thoughtful, empathetic, and went above and beyond to make herself available for any questions or concerns I had. She cares for her clients and their cases but doesn’t allow emotion to negatively impact her ability to effectively advocate for them. I appreciated that she gave me realistic outcomes for each situation we found ourselves in, even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear at the time. I know that my case had a much more favorable outcome due to my choice in attorney and because I consistently deferred to Attorney Meister’s counsel and recommendations.

Useless. Just go elsewhere. Anyone telling you different are liar's. Did nothing for me, still walk around with the injury. Quick settlement is what he's after. Go elsewhere. I think he was drunk or drinking.

Janssen's building is awesome I entered to attended dinner at the restaurant JIM'S in lower level had such a very nice time.

Kelly Giraudo is professional, detail-oriented, and has worked as a GAL which gives her training and experience a lot of family lawyers don’t have. She takes your case to heart. Highly recommend!

Kelly Giraudo is a true professional. If you're looking for an attorney to sugar coat things just to give you unrealistic expectations, go elsewhere. If you want an attorney who will give you her candid, professional opinion about your prospects in court vs mediation, you're in the right place.

Kelly truly cares for her clients! She works hard to represent them to the best of her ability and to ultimately achieve the best possible result. She is honest and trustworthy and you cannot go wrong with those characteristics in an attorney.
