I can’t speak highly enough of Attorney Lonergan! Prior to consulting with him I’d spoken with another attorney who tried to take advantage of me and had me near hysteria believing I could serve jail time. Within 5 minutes of chatting with Mr. Lonergan I knew he was an honest, down-to-earth gentleman - and the person I wanted representing me. While we talked he gained access to and reviewed the police report, asked me some questions, gave me his opinion, I retained him and didn’t have to do a thing until we met on the day of the hearing…he took care of everything.
