My husband of 18 years left me and our 4 kids for another woman. When he filed for divorce, I knew I needed a good lawyer. I was referred to Angela by another lawyer. I was impressed with her at our consultation and knew the kids and I were going to be taken care of. She is very straightforward, which I appreciated. She always came prepared to court and handled herself professionally against opposing counsel. She was sympathetic to my situation and made sure that the settlement was fair and beneficial to me and my children. Even though my husband was the one who filed, Angela did all the discovery, division of property paperwork, settlement offers, and filing. She was very prompt, this could have been settled earlier but he and his lawyer were not quick to respond. I felt involved and she listened to how I wanted to handle certain aspects of the settlement. My calls and questions were always answered in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend using Angela Evans services when a lawyer is needed in her field of expertise. In the probate case of my mothers estate, I was referred to Angela through my past lawyer Andrew Rinehart . My situation is not a typical probate case and has been a 3-year process and still going. I worked with Andrew for a year on settling my mother’s estate and after that time the case needed Angela’s services to start removal process to have my mother’s estate settled. I’ve been working with Angela for the past 6 months on my mother’s probate case and she has been on top of everything since day one. Angela and her assistant Cori Mayhall are great at keeping me updated on everything and making sure everything is moving in the right direction, so my case get settled quickly. I live in Florida and communication is key since I’m not local. Angela was kind and compassionate in every meeting. She showed up to every court date on time. She fought tooth and nail for me and went above the normal standard of things. She fought for equal child support and made sure I was receiving what was owed to me.

My husband hired Angela after she was recommended by a friend/another attorney, when wanting to fight for "full custody" (primary time and responsibilities) of his young son. It was not an easy battle, Angela was honest from the start that we did not have a slam dunk case, which was refreshing. After a year battle, we did not get full custody, reached a settlement at the very end, but ended up with more time, equal responsibilities, plus more. Angela was always extremely professional, very up-front, handled other lawyers and judges with great rapport (even when opposing attorneys were very unprofessional), and was ON POINT with ALL paperwork filed in court.
