I contacted Matthew's office to procure evidence, expedite, and in the end help me lower two misdemeanor charges of battery. Everyone that i spoke to in his office was very professional and polite. The end result was fantastic. The judge that was originally on my case was on vacation for the time and i needed the case to be closed as quickly as possible. Matthew was able to rally the necessary people and resources to move the initial arraignment a week ahead of schedule. On top of that he got the prosecution to agree to a plea of a much lower charge and much lower cost in fines and fees. Working with Miller law offices was a very easy process. Considering I am from Out of state, I felt i was able to trust and rely on their team from the very beginning, and found in the end that Trust was definitely not misplaced. Upon the only face-to-face appearance with Matthew he was very friendly and personable. He had a very respectable and professional image. He handled everything that I had relied upon him to do, in a similar manner. Maureen was extremely helpful in my time of need. She answered calls in a very timely matter and kept me up to date during the process. She was very nice and cared about going the extra step to help me out. She was very reasonable as well and did her best to make sure I was not spending money that did not need to be spent. Anybody needing a great lawyer I recumened Mr miller he was very knowledgeable and helped me threw a ruff time in my life with my devorce always got back with me promptly and he was at my court hearing early. I would recumened him to family and friend and if I need lawyer in the future I will hire mr. Miller again.

I hired Matt to help me after I was arrested for DUI. I was very overwhelmed with the facts of my case and what legal consequences I would be facing. Matt made the process easier to understand. He explained my options and asked for my input on what I wanted. He set up court dates that worked for me, and worked with the courts to get me the minimal consequences. Having to go to court was a scary experience, but Matt made me feel comfortable. I went in knowing what the expect and was very happy with the outcome he work so hard to get for me. Mr. Miller made the impossible, possible. I hired him to represent my daughter who had violated her first offenders probation. I was told by several attornies that the county she was in does not give second chances and that she would be incarcerated and therefore be a convicted felon. Mr. Miller argued on her behalf as to why she should be given a second chance. To me, his plea was heartfelt and emotional. In the end it must have been to the judge as well because my daughter is sitting here with me as I write this review. I would recommend to anyone reading this, if you are looking for a lawyer who actually cares about the outcome of your case and is going to put in and give 110%, then you are looking for Charles Mathew Miller.

i was facing my second dui arrest in 2 yrs. the prosecution had me up for some pretty sustantial charges and punishment. Mr miller walked me though with ease ever step of the way. We were in and out of the court dates in less than 20 minutes, gave me a good plan of action to work on before my hearing. He answered all my phone calls and emails promptly. He treated me with respect and dignity. I came out with a lower than expected fine, NO JAIL time, he got a couple charges dismissed.
