From Joe Borsberry himself, to everyone whom I ever encountered working at the Borsberry Law Office, especially **Melissa Mullen**, they always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and protected and were ALWAYS very helpful and acted fast and brilliantly in order to protect my 7 children. I couldn't imagine having been treated better anywhere else by anyone else. And as for Ashley Meyer, WE LOVE HER. She went way out of her way to help us in each in every way with all our vast questions and problems and always took the time to make us feel like we were the most important client she had. I couldn't imagine having any other lawyer or a more prepared lawyer who got us through some very difficult times in our lives with the protection and best interest of the children always first. And of course most importantly....WE WON FULL CUSTODY!

First of all, let me say that if you are guilty, or if "surprises" that are true are entered against you in court, don't expect Mr.Borsberry to get you off the hook. Expect a plea agreement and consider your self lucky. Mr. Borsberry is committed to justice, not winning. I have had to hire several lawyers over the last 20 years and I found the attorneys on both sides to be strutting, pompous buffoons. Once, in court, an opposing attorney made this grandiose sweeping gesture with his arm and referred to me as "THE DE-FEND-ANT". As if since I was defending myself, I must be guilty. What a joke. Judges aren't stupid. And I hope he reads this review. He might learn something. I was getting the idea that all lawyers were pretty slimy until I started working with Mr. Borsberry. Walking into his office was like walking into a lab where you would expect to see equations on blackboards. Borsberry Law Offices functions like a well oiled machine where all the staff are aware of what's going on with your case. Mr. Borsberry was so cool in court because he was dealing with facts, not show. I must say it was enjoyable to see the look on the opposing attorney's face as if he was thinking, "Oh Fuuuudge". Like Ralphie with the lugnuts. If you are truly innocent, Mr. Borsberry is the attorney to get. I really enjoyed watching the wheels go around in his head. And price? I just had my transmission rebuilt. $1700. But that's just part of life. Mr. Borsberry (like my mechanic) spent years in schooling and spent an untold amount of money to qualify him for the job. And then, the law constantly changes and demands continuous study. Really, Mr. Borsberry and his staff are the most professional and caring organization I've ever dealt with.

I was very unhappy with my first divorce attorney. She was inefficient, unavailable and not progressing with the divorce. Several thousand dollars and one year later, I decided I had enough and fired her. I came to Borsberry Law Offices, P.C. and met with Joe and his staff. They were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel like the most important client they had! I was divorced one week after hiring Borsberry Law Offices, P.C. I have and continue to recommend this firm to friends and family.

Joe Borsberry is a joke as a lawyer. I had a criminal case when I was 18 years old. I knew I was not guilty and was prepared to take the case to trial. Joe acted like he was prepared to go to trial and win this case, hands down. Well, when we get to court the day of trial, ol Joe was talking a totally different game. Joe explained to me it was best if we took a plea deal because the "not knowing" about the trial outcome. Sad to say, I took his advise and I plead guilty....Biggest mistake of my life!!! Not only did Joe lie to me about confidently taking this case to trial but he lied to me about what the court order said about restitution fees. I get over to the probation office and they tell me I owe $8,000 in restitution and Joe said before leaving court that I didn't owe any money. Joe took thousands of dollars from me while he acted like he was working hard on my case but in reality all he was doing was using the lawyer tactic of "milking clients hours" aka not doing nothing but charging out the *** for it. So, if you want a lawyer to lie to you and take your money and leave you to deal with a problem that he help put you in....call Joe Borsberry P.S. Joe..... My name isn't Brian Kushin so don't even respond saying "I never had a client that name......" I'll leave my case number if you doubt this review is valid.
