Doesnt notify if court date has been changed or canceled. Doesnt contact you at all to let you know anything. If you contact him he charges big. Would not recommend

WARNING HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I hired Jeff to fight some criminal cases for me for $7,000. I was living in California at the Time and flying to and from. Our court date got moved . I had already bought tickets and requested time off for that date. I told him I could not make the new date I had to work there was no possible way and I needed a new court date. He removed himself off my case and kept my $7,000 with no refund of any sort. I never signed a contract with him. He is very shady . He took money from me and my family and didn’t care at all. I sent an email following Up with him and never got a response. Do not trust this guy

Watching from afar as my friend's DUI case has been mishandled at many levels. The failure to communicate in a timely and professional manner practiced at this firm would be grounds for dismissal from any basic secretarial position - but as they are handling a person's lively hood and freedom the consequences are far higher. The failure to communicate has cost my friend jail time, while the failure to injest the facts of the case for discussion at court would meet the inquiry requirements for ethics investigation. The reality of a criminal case in 2021 is that your case isn't going to a jury trial and so the outcome will most likely be determined by two attorneys in the corner of a courtroom 'off the books' neither on public record nor doing anything but chatting. I wouldn't personally want any of these guys who promise 'the world' to get you to pay a retainer - and then have no intention of collecting the evidence that would be needed to go to a trial, or have material facts at that negotiation with an assistant State Prosecutor. If you are watching your life and livelihood being casually flushed in a side discussion in court - your opinion of the practice of law will change signifigantly.

Mr.Hall has been such a great help. He is very responsive. He responded to every text message. He helps my husband walk without conviction.
