I had previously hired several "big time attorneys" and they got me nowhere. I went to numerous court appearances to get child support out of my dead beat ex. The attorney's I had previously retained threatened to take drastic action, but did nothing. My ex would walk away after every court appearance smelling like a rose and laughed at me knowing I lost.
