My workman's comp case was a hernia injury in June of 2021. It was a different situation because when it initially happened at work, it was not terribly painful. Location was lower right abdomen. I actually thought it was a female concern. So that is where I started, at the gynocologist office. From there was a back and forth from gyno sonogram to Primary Dr. The hernia would pop up at work with my heavy lifting then on the days I had my Dr. appt, I couldn't even feel it. Very frustrating. David told me in the beginning it might be tricky but he showed confidence in moving forward with my case. In the end (2022 of May) David won and I received my settlement.
