M. English does know the law well enough to manipulate the system in his own favor. It's obvious they all know each other and stick together whether it's Right or Wrong. I was completely deceived by this man. He never disclosed he was charging or what his rate is... A complete shock 5 years later after petty phone calls. He did Not negotiate the agreement as planned. Then he denied he knew of the plan/ agreement. Complete disappointment. Mike English misrepresented himself. This Dinasoar should retire. If he wasn't tight with his "buddies" he would damage his own law group. Perfect example of a broken system.

Although Mr. English knows what the law states, he is very poor in his preparedness and plans of action. When in meetings with Mr. English, he would not be up to speed with current info. and would ask for the information from the client, that he already had access to. Additionally, he was very slow to take action and seemed incompetent.
