Regarding my rental dispute case: Most importantly, it was James' wealth of experience and grasp of current law that enabled me to achieve a positive outcome. Not one of the original unjust charges my landlord brought against me saw the light of day. I am fully aware James has a full case load and I am a small client of his; regardless, James consistently treated me as if I was his most important client. On a final note, James kept me abreast of all case information in a timely manner. Also, despite the 9 hour time difference between us, he always made himself available to discuss my case at a convenient time.
