Known Don over 20yrs, very professional and listens to the clients. I recommend him for all legal matters.

Good lawyer

Low rating because of Novelle. I had a family member who was in a car accident when she was under 14 and she was in the car with another family member. Novelle ended up putting the money/settlement in the father's name. He had all that money spent between 10,000-12,000 within a month on things for HIMSELF. As a result the family member who suffered the accident still has to live with a very negative family member/environment and is unable to still get the help she needs as a result of the accident (and most likely never will) thanks to this lawyer making a HUGE mistake. Usually in these cases the money, if the person involved was a minor, the money/settlement is set aside until that minor turns an adult. However this did NOT happen in her case and the lawyer put it in the FATHER'S name. He contributed to 0% of assistance/support/care during this ordeal with the accident and is a very negative person. Novelle did this family member of mine wrong BIG TIME and as a result will have to live with this, and the struggles from that accident for the rest of her life with no sense of assistance.

Mr Novelle is fantastic and couldn’t recommend anyone but him.

John “Jack” Quirk is the nicest, most down to earth, competent person and attorney. He has done multiple closings for my family, and most recently helped us close on our new home. He was always available and willing to help with any questions that my husband or I had. He made everything about selling/buying our home a smooth process and we both would highly recommend him.
