Marc Schwartz was the GAL, guardian ad litem, in my overly drawn out divorce/custody case. He was the court appointed "representative" for my three minor children, ALWAYS withholding and concealing vital and critical information, for my very wealthy Ex's benefit. Never did Schwartz represent my children correctly, or for their ultimate best interests. In the eight plus years Schwartz was associated with our case, he charged well over $250,000 of fees, while only interviewing the children twice! I have all the certified court transcripts solidly proving his fraudulent and corrupt actions, in addition to court stamped, filed, and notarized Affidavit of Facts siting his illicit behaviors. When attorneys are referred to as "Snakes" ... Schwartz is THE definition. Not honorable, nor professional, only in it for excessive money, screw the children's welfare. I have drafted an Order of Protection against him, should he ever come into contact with my family again. If you truly care for your children, Schwartz is NOT in your best interests. NEVER is Schwartz to be trusted, especially when it comes to minor children. Period.

Joshua was referred to me by another attorney (who’s experience extends all the way to the US Supreme Court) as extremely well qualified for my case. And this was true. Joshua has great communication skills, willingness to listen, and very good judgment. He and his colleagues were an effective team for me.

Josh and his whole staff were amazing. They took care of my divorce. Josh made sure that everything went smooth as possible. Whenever I called or emailed Josh with anything he was very prompt to respond. I would recommend Josh and his firm to my family and friends.

Josh has represented myself and my children several times during my contentious divorce and custody proceedings. He has been fantastic. He is always organized, articulate, well respected in court. He knows what he is doing and how to handle things. I never had to worry he wouldn't be prepared or have our best interests in mind. He was easy to talk to and even get ahold of when needed. His experience makes him a very valuable attorney in this realm. I can't say enough good things about him or this firm!

I had Josh represent me for over 2.5 years and I cannot say enough good things. He was a great attorney, very responsive, always kept me in the loop, and always made me feel at ease when going into a court date. Of course you always want an attorney that's on your side, but you also need someone to be realistic so you know all possible outcomes of the situation. In the end, we were able to get what I was asking for and I am beyond happy to be done with this situation! Very rarely, Marc would need to stand in if Josh was out and he was just as a great!

I can't thank you folks enough for everything you've done to help my family and I. Your kindness and compassion was above and beyond.
